We offer free shipping on orders over $200.00. However,
the standard $10.95 shipping and handling charge will
be charged back to you on all returns and exchanges
if the total of the order falls below $200.00. Free
shipping is only offered one time. Normal shipping charges
apply to all exchanges. In addition a 5% restocking
fee is charged on all swimwear returns.
(Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges)
Expedited Shipping
All expedited shipping services require a signature. Please have packages delivered to an address where FedEx may obtain a signature. We ship Fed Ex for most expedited shipping requests. Fed Ex does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Next Day refers to Next business day, Second Day refers to Second Business Day and Third Day refers to Third Business Day. Please do NOT count Saturdays and Sundays as Business Days. If you require Saturday Delivery please call our office to see if we are able to accommodate your request.

Expedited Shipping is provided through FedEx and is available on all in-stock items. In order to ship same day, Expedited Shipping requests must be received by noon Eastern Standard time Monday thru Friday. Orders received after noon Eastern Standard Time, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will ship the following business day. All in-stock items will ship Expedited. All items not in stock will ship via USPS at a later date unless specific arrangements have been made by you. Normal shipping charges will apply to balance of order.

International Shipping, Duty & Tax Charges |
» We do not charge or collect any duties or taxes for International orders. We are not responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government. In most cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered, however, if the courier does not collect at time of delivery and South Beach Swimsuits Inc. is charged for any duties or taxes after your package is delivered, we will bill your credit card on file without notice.
Customer will be responsible for any and all charges incurred by South Beach Inc. for any package refused by customer for any reason (this includes Fed Ex return shipping costs which are substantially higher back into the U.S.) Customer is also responsible for all duties and taxes incurred and charged back to South Beach Inc. for returned packages. Charges will be deducted from credit due customer along with a $5.00 service charge on any returned package. |

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept your return if you are not happy with your purchase. All items must be received back in our store within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Credits will be issued on your credit card or merchandise credit if requested. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Restocking fees DO NOT apply to exchanges or Merchandise Credit. We do not credit back shipping charges. Any claims for damaged goods or packaging errors must be made in writing to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Damaged packages/merchandise must be returned to us in the original packaging.
An authorization number is required on all returns. Please email us at sales@southbeachswimsuits.com with your full name, address and order number and advise what item you wish to return or exchange. If you wish to exchange an item, please advise the style number, color and size you wish to exchange the item for. You may also call us at 860-677-7770 and we will be happy to assist you over the phone. Credits are issued within 30 days of receipt of return.
Authorization numbers "MUST" be clearly legible on the "OUTSIDE" of the return package. Your package may be refused and returned to you at your expense without a visible return authorization number. Packages without a RA# will be accepted at our discretion and a merchandise credit will be issued. Shipping charges and restocking fees apply to all refused packages.
All hang tags, tags and hygienic liners MUST be in place (no exceptions will be made) on all merchandise. Merchandise must be in perfect condition. If merchandise does not have hang tags, tags and hygienic liners in place, is damaged, laundered, soiled, worn, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a musty odor, you are required to have the merchandise picked up (we do not ship merchandise back to you). Due to government regulations, hygienic liners MUST be in place on all swimwear.
We are not responsible for shipping costs or tracking your return, therefore, please make sure you track and insure your item.
We cannot be responsible for any lost packages.
We offer free USPS Priority or Fed Ex Ground shipping on all orders over $200.00 in the United States only, however, $10.95 for shipping and handling will be charged back on returns (if the total of your initial order falls below the $200.00 minimum free shipping requirement). Free shipping is offered to you one time only. Normal shipping charges apply to all exchanges.
Although we do take every precaution possible to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for packages stolen or missing from your location once it has been delivered and the delivery confirmation scanned by either USPS or Fed Ex.
All final sale items are in fact a final sale and may not be returned for any reason.
All Special Orders are ordered exclusively for you which means we do not stock these items. Should you wish to return a Special Order item - you will receive 50% merchandise credit only.
