Return and Exchange Policy
1. Orders that are placed with a coupon of 40% off or greater will be considered a FINAL SALE.
If a coupon is applied to a previously marked down item, this item will be considered a FINAL SALE and may NOT be returned or exchanged. This policy is strictly enforced.
2. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly accept your return if you are not happy, excluding final sale items.
3. All items must be received back in our store within 30 days of invoice date. Credits will be issued on your credit card within one billing cycle or a store credit will be issued if requested. Any package returned after 30 days will only be accepted at the discretion of South Beach Swimsuits and will be issued a store credit for the current sale price. We do not credit back shipping charges. We offer free shipping within the Continental United States on orders over $100.00. Claims for damaged goods or packaging errors must be made in writing to us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Damaged packages/merchandise must be returned to us in the original packaging. Returns over $1000 are subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover shipping, insurance and credit card processing fees.
4. To exchange your item for a different size, color or item, please fill out the Exchange Form below and enclose it with your return or you may call for assistance in placing your reorder. Within the Continenal United States your “first exchange” will be shipped to you free of charge (does not apply to Final Sale items). Additional exchanges on the same order will be charged standard shipping rates.
5. Final Sale items may not be returned. If returned, a merchandise credit will be issued on all Final Sale items. We do not offer any warrantee on Final Sale items. All International Orders are a final sale.
6. All hang tags, original tags and hygienic liners MUST be in place (no exceptions will be made) on all returned merchandise. Merchandise must be in perfect condition. Please make sure you wear appropriate under garments when trying on merchandise. We will not accept any merchandise for return that does not have hang tags, original tags and hygienic liners in place, is damaged, laundered, soiled, worn, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a musty odor. We are not responsible for shipping this merchandise back to you and will require you send a call tag for merchandise pick up. Due to government regulations, hygienic liners MUST be in place on all swimwear.
7. Due to the differences in screen resolution actual colors may vary. Due to the layout of the fabric, placement of prints may vary and therefore, are not considered defective or a misrepresentation of the actual item(s) shipped.
8. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or tracking your return. Please make sure you track and insure your item. We cannot be responsible for any lost packages.
9. Although we do take every precaution possible to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for packages stolen or missing from your location once it has been delivered and the delivery confirmation scanned by either USPS, UPS or Fed Ex.
10. All sizes on SouthBeachSwimSuits.com are listed in US sizes.
11. Once you finalize your order, your order cannot be cancelled or adjusted. Any package that is refused by the customer will be charged a $25.00 fee to cover all shipping costs.
12. All Special Orders are ordered exclusively for you. All Special Orders are a final sale. A Special Order that is returned will be charged a 50% restocking and handling fee. There are no exceptions.
13. South Beach Swimsuits reserves the right to change or discontinue any coupon, sale or promotion at any time without prior notification.
14. Hot tubs, swimming pools and suntan lotions may cause fading, yellowing or stains. These are not considered defects and, therefore, swimsuits may not be returned for any of these reasons. Once tags are removed from suits they may not be returned for any reason.
15. All International Orders are a final sale (no exceptions). We will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. South Beach Inc., is not responsible for any Customs, Duties and Taxes that may be levied by your Government. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these charges prior to placing your order. In the event a package is refused and returned to the U.S. you will be responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, customs and duties to and from your country. Many times these charges exceed the original cost of goods shipped. A store credit will be issued only after South Beach Inc., satisfies all Shipping Charges, Customs, Duties and Taxes due as well as a $20.00 service charge. In the event the Carrier is unable or does not collect Customs, Duties and Taxes due at the time of delivery and South Beach Inc. is billed for these charges, we will bill your credit card without notice.
