Returns / Terms and Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.  If you are not happy with your item, please fill out the return/exchange form and send the item back to us.  We are not responsible for return shipping costs.  Returns must be made within 30 days from the ship date.  If an item is returned to South Beach Swimsuits after the 30 day return window, the item will be issued a store credit at the discretion of South Beach Swimsuits.  Items that are not accepted back as a return will be shipped you at your expense.  All items must be returned to us in perfect condition.  All hang tags, and panty liners must be in place and must be free of any odors.  Please be sure to wear appropriate undergarments when trying on swimwear.  Any item returned to us that is not in perfect condition will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. 

 

Full priced items may be returned for a refund back to the original form of payment minus any shipping charges.  To make an exchange, please fill out the exchange form below and send the item back to South Beach Swimsuits.   Additional ground shipping costs will not be charged on your first exchange.  If you require express shipping on an exchange, please note that on the form.  Express shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

All sale items, are considered a final sale, and are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.  If you wish to exchange an item, please fill out the return and exchange form below and sent the item back to us.  All final sale exchanges will incur a $5.00 shipping charge.  If you request a store credit, a store credit will be issued into your account for future purchase.  This store credit will never expire, and may be used on any item on our site.  Store credits may not be used for shipping charges.   We do not offer a warrantee on Final Sale items.

 

Claims for damaged goods, or a packaging error must be made to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery of the package.  If an item has been damaged during shipping, please retain the damaged bag to be returned along with the damaged goods.   Please email sales@southbeachswimsuits.com with any questions or concerns.  Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item.  Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are also not considered defective or a misrepresentation of an item.    Hot tubs, heavy chlorinated pools, and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit.  These are not considered defects.  Once a swimsuit is worn, and the tags are removed, the suit may not be returned to us for any reason.

 

International orders may be returned to us at your expense.  We are not responsible for shipping or duties and taxes into your country or back into the USA.  Should South Beach Swimsuits incur any charges from an international order or return, these charges will be charged to your original form of payment or deducted from the credit or store credit issued.

 

There is a 5% restocking fee on all orders returned to us over $1000.00.

 

Although we do take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, once your package has been delivered and the delivery confirmation has been scanned by either USPS, UPS or FedEx, we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages.   Please make sure your package is shipped to a secure address.
