Quality This swimsuti does not tie at the neck. Its see threw,thin. the top is just two strand of fabric that you tie in the back once u criscross it. Looks nothing like the picture. Cheap looking. the top doesn not even look like a swimsuit when you take it out of the package. soo dissapointed.
