I wear a size 6 pant, so sized up to 8 to be safe. Received the suit and the bottoms were extremely small. Found out I had to pay to send them back, even though I went by the fit guide and added a size. I was going to exchange for the next size up, but was told I would have to pay again if they were too small. On the exchange form it says "additional ground shipping costs will not be charged on your first exchange". I took that to mean they would pay costs the first exchange, but it means you have to send it back at your expense, they will send you the replacement and if it doesn't fit either, pay again. I get paying the 2nd time, just not the first. I told the customer service girl I would just send the whole suit back and she was obviously annoyed at me for taking issue with the exchange expense and the way it was worded.
Difficult policies like this are the nail in the coffin for me. Goodbye South Beach.
